Large fibroids: Yes you should be concerned and make a visit to a gyn physician asap. Usually symptomatic fibroids require expect evaluation to determine the best course of treatment. If your are the reproductive age and desirous of pregnancy, treatment approach is different compared to a woman who has completed her family.
