No, you won't: Regret being medicated for ocd. Stay close to your doc and tell him/her any symptoms/changes that occur. Please don't adjust your medication yourself. Alternatively, or in addition, there are ocd specialists who use a behavioral approach to treating ocd. Your state psychological association may be able to refer you. Peace and good health.

Most likely not: Zoloft can be effective in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. It is usually well tolerated. Let your doctor know if you have any significant side effects as this is often easily addressed. I don't recommend using only pharmacological treatment for OCD- as psychiatric conditions usually respond best when treated with psychotherapy, appropriate meds & life style modifications.
