I bet not: This is a concoction of onion extract (!), allanoin and heparin. I'm really sorry that somebody neglected your acne and you ended up with scars. I'm not aware of any reason to think that these three basically inert substances will help. A study of post-op patients is improperly controlled.A plastic surgeon or dermatologist can use a filler, microsurgery or laser to make your scars less conspicuous
