Call a dentist: Not very much that can be done for you over the internet. Take otc pain meds until your appointment.

I can't: But your Dentist can. You now have an acute dangerous infection that requires immediate attention . You can't fix this with pills, ointments, snake oil, salves, mouthwashes, or the computer. Do what you should have done before it got this bad, call your Dentist.
