Hard to tell: You should return to the dentist. It could be a coincidence that your ear and throat hurt. Or it could be related to an infection.

Tooth & ear ache: It could be from the injection(s), it could be an infection, it could be that one or more of the fillings are too high and need robe adjusted. Return to your dentist and have the area examined.
