Referred pain: The proximity of the nerves in your head and neck can sometimes cause tooth pain to manifest itself as an earache as the pain impulses travel from nerve to nerve. You should call a local dentist to have them restored... You seem to know you need care, no reason to wait. Things will only get worse if you do.

Referred pain: Pain can be weird at times. There is a known phenomenon called referred pain. Pain can be referred (sent) to other parts of the body. An example is a heart attack victim will feel pain in there left arm. The arm is fine, but the heart isn't. Go see a dentist and get out of pain!

Many reasons: Nerve to jaw and nerve to ear run past each other. Pain can be referred from one place in your body to another. You have infections that are spreading. This will not get better by itself, and can even be life threatening. Go get help now. See a dentist, endodontist, oral surgeon, or go to the er. This is not self limiting. You need professional help.
