Menstrual migraines : Stress management, biofeedback. Riboflavin and magnesium can also be helpful. More often a short medication prophylaxis around your menstrual cycle will be helpful.

East-West medicine: Integrative medicine. Menstrual migraine should be distinguished from menstrually-related migraine. Whereas menstrually-related migraine attacks typically occur 3-7 days before day 1 of the menstrual cycle, true menstrual migraines begin two days before the menstrual cycle and lasts through day 3 of the cycle. Eastern medicine has an excellent track record for managing menstrual migraine.
