A member asked:

Grind my teeth together at night when i sleep but i have a mouth guard for that and none of my other teeth hurt, so what could the pain be from?

"other": Are you saying that one or more teeth hurt, but the others do not? Could be that your appliance needs an adjustment. Perhaps one or more teeth have other problems, such as decay or fracture. It may be that you'll need to wear your appliance during the day as well as at night, especially if you grind during the day. Has an Orthodontic Specialist ever evaluated your occlusion?
