This varies a lot: Migraine can result in numbness, tingling, and even paralysis of extremities. This does not occur in all migraine suffers, and in fact it fairly rare. How long it takes for this to wear off is difficult to predict. It may last hours - weeks, but it should be getting slowly progressively better every day. 4-72 hours: Termination headache phase of the migraine. It may last for hours or more than a day (4-72 hours). Although you may feel better, some symptoms may persist. As the intensity of the headache wanes, the headache phase blends into the postdrome and numbness will stop.
