Possible: Migraine associated vertigo is a well known migraine variant and with a history of migraines this is a possibility. It can be very responsive to medications such as topiramate. However, if you have not had vertigo with migraines previously it would be prudent to first have an evaluation with imaging before presuming it is related to your migraines.
