Yes: That is not normal. There is a condition called hemiplegic migraine, but it is impossible to distinguish from an actual stroke. Young people get strokes, too, and migraine patients have an increased risk of strokes. Please seek urgent medical attention, as in go to the er right now and/or call 911.
