I need doctor's advice for living with a drug addict boyfriend?

Can you get out?: There relationships usually do not end well. If he will not accept treatment, the drugs are more important to him than you are. Take a hard look at yourself, this relationship, perhaps how you relate to others generally, and then do what you must. It won't be easy; have your friends guide you.

Consider leaving: Addicts rarely maintain healthy relationships, and people in those relationships are often "enabling" their partners addiction. If he is not interested in changing/stopping, you need to consider the viability/advisability of a continued relationship. A family counselor can help, as can attending an Alanon meeting - a 12 step self-help group for families/friends of people with addiction.
