A member asked:

Swelling in front of neck, directly under chin, until chin meets neck.very slight numbness. no painno trouble breathing. could it be thyroid-related?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Neck swelling: From your description, this swelling sounds too high to be thyroid, which is more towards the bottom of the neck, but you need to be examined. There are salivary glands under the chin, and of course the roots of your teeth.
