Very worrying: You don't provide a time course for these symptoms, so I'm forced to believe they're relatively rapid in onset. Shortness of breath with facial swelling is cause for immediate evaluation in an emergency department. I recommend you seek care there now. If these symptoms have been present for days or longer, additional information may be helpful.
