Check blood sugar: Better yet have a hemaglobin a1c drawn or do a 3 hour glucose tol test done. The key isthat these symptoms occur after eating meals. You might have type ii diabetes. If this does not pan out let me know.

See PCP.: Does it matter what you eat? Does a meal high in carbohydrate do this? You may want to see your doctor and have you tested for diabetes . It also sounds like you are very tense and when you relax, your muscle twitches. At any rate, your doctor could rule out other medical conditions which could explain these symptoms.
