For quite sometime i have had a larger left tonsil. ent dr says nothing to worry about. did it get infected one time before? will it get bigger?

Maybe from infection: If you saw the ENT for it then it is probably fine. It may stay enlarged after an infection. If pain, swollen glands, or enlargement then have it reevaluated.
