Tingly cheek: Bruxism (chronic teeth grinding and/or clenching) is a common symptom of stress. This can cause TMJ discomfort, which could include pain, tingling in or near the cheek and ear, chronic headaches and/or migraines. If the symptoms get worse, or continue beyond 7-10 days, you should see your dentist or an ENT specialist for an examination.
