Zero Carbs ;Wt Daily: Yes, achievable! if you ate nothing, only liquids in, would loose 1-3 lbs/day. Most important: plan ; weigh each am, after commode with nothing on, ; track. Calories wrong focus. Stay active ; eat high fat (of natural origin, not processed vegetable oils) foods, moderate protein ; no carbs (including no grains, near zero fruits (occasional tiny amounts small berries maybe ok).
