Needs checked: Diabetic or not, one cannot know the cause without examination. Not all antibiotics will treat all problems. Some antibiotics for skin infections will not kill the bacteria causing ear infections and vice-versa. Your symptoms may not even be infection related. Visualization is, at the least, needed for evaluation.
