Home test is accurat: Home test is often positive within 2 days of conception! you can repeat it in a few days to be sure.

A couple weeks ago i took an at home pregnancy test and it came out positive. I have a iud so i went to the doctor next day & my urine & blood work was negative. Im just curious what caused the positive result. She said my iud is also still in place?
