Probably not: At 16 years, you are in the age range in which irregular periods are quite normal. After repeated negative UPTs, chances of pregnancy are minimal, unless you engage in sex again. If symptoms change, pl consult doctor at an early stage. Stay safe and always use protection during sex to avoid pregnancy.

Unlikely: If you are not late for menses this month, pregnancy is unlikely but possible. Breast tenderness can be related to hormonal changes pre-menstrually as well as to other factors like caffeine intake. If you miss this period, test again. Eliminate caffeine and see if the tenderness improves.
