You may want to focus on sleep hygiene - such as sleeping at a set time , no tv/ internet at bedtime - moderate excercise atleast 4 hours prior to bedtime , no caffeinated drinks , regular meals , eating dinner by 7.00 pm however insomnia can be a symptom of a lot of disorders , medical or psychiatric - it's important you see a doctor.
