I have a lot of trouble sleeping. i always wake up with only a couple of hours sleep, but can't see a doctor. what should i do? feeling exhausted. please help?

Sleep hygiene : Is there a reason you are unable to see a doctor? You may want to focus on sleep hygiene - such as sleeping at a set time , no tv/ internet at bedtime - moderate excercise atleast 4 hours prior to bedtime , no caffeinated drinks , regular meals , eating dinner by 7.00 pm however insomnia can be a symptom of a lot of disorders , medical or psychiatric - it's important you see a doctor.

If you can't seek: Medical care - ensure that you are using great sleep hygiene. 1. Keep regular bedtime and wakeup time (includes weekends). Get up same time daily. 2.
