Do you have trouble visualising the primary tumor in small cell lung cancer. i am worried that my fatigue over 4 years is due to lung cancer that is not showing on ct scan 6 months ago. thank you.

Why lung cancer?: There are so many disorders that have fatigue as a symptom, why focus on small cell lung cancer? One's primary care doctor can follow along and look for reasons for fatigue, such as anemia, infection, mental illness, auto-immune disease, thyroid problems, cancer, insomnia, etc... Various tests may be needed, depending on one's whole story, and sequence of symptoms.
