URI or allergies: A cold is usually caused by a virus and headaches can be part of the symptoms it triggers. If you have allergies as well and nasal congestion associated you can also develop headaches which should not be severe. If you get worse make sure you get seen.

Headache: There are many causes of headache - it could be the cold, it could be related to allergies, it could also be a migraine! have you tried taking anything? Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Ibuprofen are helpful in general, but if you have nasal congestion and allergies, an anti-histamine could help, as well as nasal saline rinses. If you take off the pressure in your sinuses, maybe your head pressure will go away too!
