Hi- i have been getting mild headache on the left of my head for a week now, a burning sensation and pain in the left year. taking allergy medication helps but i dont think this is allergy as i never had allergies. the pain moves around some times?

Your post prompts thoughts of possible jaw (TMJ) issues, maybe Occipital Neuralgia, and focal dental issues. Start with your dentist, but also check in with your primary care doctor. This does NOT seem consistent with an allergy.
