Probably go to ER: Since you had placental abruption in your last pregnancy, you know that it is painful and can be potentially harmful to you and/or the baby due to blood loss. If you're having pain, it's probably a good idea to go to the hospital to get checked. By the way, placenta previa is when the placenta partially covers the cervical os, which is another reason for bleeding! make sure to let the er know.
