Fast food: Sounds like a combination of anxiety and having to hold in your gas for a prolonged period of time. A normal person will expel gas many times throughout the day, so frequently you probably don't realize it. Are you eating before the test? If so, you're anxiety may be causing you to eat too fast and swallow lots of air in the process. Try not eating sooner than 2 hours prior to a test.
