Raw: Most diets consider pre-cooked weight. The same protein content is present after cooking, however the cooked protein is denatured due to the cooking process. Still has lots of value, just changed due to cooking. By physical chemistry definitions, the protein is no the same as precooked. By convention, cooked and raw are usually used interchangeably. The difference is likely negligible.
