IRON DEF ANEMIA: You have 2 conditions, anemia due to iron def most likely due to heavy menses. Elevated liver enzymes may be due to hepatitis. Both conditions linked may be due to some hemoglobinopathy such as thallassemia in addition . Suggest start oral iron and check for hepatitis b and c and hemoglobin electrophoresis
