?add another agent: Sounds suspicious for atrial fibrillation, a rapid rhythm emanating from the upper poles of the heart frequently seen in older patients and in patients with previous heart disease. Should preferably confer with your pcp to confirm. Might be able to take Diltiazem in low doses in addition to other meds and have minimal effect on bp, but this would have to be approved/monitored by a local doctor.

4-5 hours after drinking coffee(decaf) or iced tea I start feeling jittery, heart rate goes up, feel weak in my legs&arms,and kind of dizzy. I cant figure out is it due to caffeine or due to its diuretic properties?Why do symptoms appear 4-5 later?
