No: Procrastinating is a behavior. It may be a personality trait, but it is not a builty-in problem with the way the brain processes informatoin, which is the definition of an ld. Procrastination certainly may be one way individuals react to ld--we tend to put off that which we know is going to be difficult.

No: Since procrastination is not an indication of a weakness in an academic skill, it is not considered a learning disabiity. it is a potential cause of poor school performance and vocational performance and therefore should be addressed through training.
