That's fine: Around 5% of men never get any chest hair. Many women nowadays say they prefer this, and these men almost never go bald. This doesn't correlate with masculinity / virility in any other aspecct of your body or your life. Paul newman remarked in an interview about having a completely smooth chest and nobody's going to call him less of a man for it.
