Absolutely.: Completely normal. Same thing goes for leg hair - some guys just don't have any. No need to worry. You have the same amount of testosterone and "fuerza".

That's fine: Around 5% of men never get any chest hair. Many women nowadays say they prefer this, and these men almost never go bald. This doesn't correlate with masculinity / virility in any other aspecct of your body or your life. Paul newman remarked in an interview about having a completely smooth chest and nobody's going to call him less of a man for it.
