I'm 23 years old male. i only have body hair growth in my legs,armpits and groin. i don't have beard growth or chest hair. is this normal or do i have some kind of hormonal problem?

This isn't necessarily abnormal, but it's atypical at your age, especially absence of beard growth. If you have normally developed penis and testicles, normal voice change since adolescence, and normal sexual function (erections etc) and urges, it reduces the chance of a hormonal problem. If still in doubt, see an endocrinologist for professional evaluation. Good luck.
