A year ago i went down on my motorcycle. it left bruise on my thigh with a big lump. over a year later, the lump hasnt gone away a is slowly growing

Sounds like you have: A hematoma with fatty tissue mixture, from severed skin/fat from the deeper tissues, (with collection of blood + fat), which will probably require surgical decompression and drainage. See an orthopod for proper diagnosis and treatment. Good luck.
