??high??: The published standards for ESR in the us is 0-20 mm/hr in adult females.I wouldn't consider it high.I routinely see 40's to 60's in illnesses with an inflammatory component.

Your sed rate is in: The normal range for women: up to 20. Even if it were mildly elevated, pregnancy can cause that. Best wishes for a happy and healthy baby.
