Fitness!: Typical hypertension does not limit any activity. Typical hypertension can be cured by fitness. Fitness greatly increases health even in patients with: obesity, tobacco addiction, poor diets. And once you start to enjoy the benefits of fitness, those problems tend to greatly improve. I diet 24/6 then ruin all my effort by one deep fried meal. But, i can not undo the benefits of monday's mile swim.
