Rest and fluid: Symptomatic treatment is foremost - cool washcloth on head, close eyes, rest. If the cold medicine you gave her does not have any Ibuprofen or acetomenophen in the active ingredients, you could also give her a dose of one of these for the headache. Turn off the lights and just cuddle her, let her know momy is there for her. Ensure lots of fluids and monitor for other symptoms.

Thank

Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin : Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin at the appropriate weight based dosing, make sure that the 'cold' medicine does not already include either of those two, sometimes it may be listed as Acetaminophen (tylenol) or Ibuprofen (motrin). Increase hydration. If she has vomiting, vision changes, or night time awakening associated with her headaches, she should see a physician immediately.
