Visit pediatrician: Parents can make a list of all the caretakers, and how the child acts with each one. Then, make a short video of the child's behavior if it is not likely he'll misbehave at the doctor's office. The pediatrician can help decide if there is something wrong with the child, or if it is a problem with the interaction of one caretaker+child. Sometimes it is both problems. Therapy is available sometimes.

Casein?: I would suggest 1 month casein free(milk protein) a large number of children do not adequately digest casein and once taken out of the diet , takes a month to get out of the body, avoid all dairy and read all packages-much food is proccessed with casein, whey or milk . if things are not better adding casein back is actually the best test of intolerance.
