Ovarian Cyst: It sounds like you could have an ovarian cyst which causes pain in lower quadrants on either side depending on location of cyst. These typically rupture on their own and pain resolves. Ocassionally, they are large and need removed. If you are having pain for extended period of time i would recommend you see your doctor for a pe;vic ultrasound if you have not had one yet.
