Nothing?: You need to discuss chest pain with your pcp or cardiologist. Usually not a problem at your age. When you measure your cholesterol and tg you need to be sure that you are fasting for at least 12-14 hrs and that you abstain from alcohol for over 3 days as triglycerides can go up with alcohol intake. When you analyze cholesterol you need to know HDL (good) and LDL (bad) before jumping to conclusion.
