Maybe, but...: A blood test can answer that. I wonder if you've considered talking to a psychotherapist to find clues to parts of your life that may be conflicted and once understood could be either accepted as-is, changed or avoided. It can be more helpful than pills - especially for mild-moderate conditions. No side effects and you can learn valuable techniques for a good life. But, find one you like and trust.
