Back pain: Cannot possibly diagnose you, but the probability is that this a muscle strain from coughing, or that you have had pleural irritation from whatever condition was producing your cough. See PCP: See pcp to make sure you don't need a chest xray to look for pnuemonia or rib issue. Might be muscle strain.
