Need an exam: There are multiple causes for each of your symptoms and it's quite possible they are not all related to the same problem. Dizziness on standing can be a sign of low blood pressure, among other causes. You won't find the answer to your symptoms on the internet. If concerned you need to see your physician, discuss your symptoms with he or she, have your BP checked sitting and standing etc. etc.
