Why hypnotherapy: Would like to know why hypnotherapy. Did something scare you? You could benefit from seeing a psychologist to help calm you. Have a check up for any underlying medical conditions. I'm certain that there is nothing seriously wrong. Good luck. Best regards, dr. Catherine shaw.

Talk to hypnotist.: Are you under a hypnotherapist ? What are you in hypnotherapy for? Hypnotherapy can have many reasons: to uncover repressed memories in which case you may get the symptoms you describe if those memories are traumatic, hypnotherapy to quit smoking.Lose weight or to relax or help you sleep. You must explain your symptoms to the hypnotist and he may be able to tailor hypnotherapy to your needs.
