Yes: Most people with classic migraine have what is called a prodrome - or warning that the migraine is starting. The symptoms are varied in each person but dizziness and "feeling out of it" are common. Some report seeing vivid colors - almost blinding or just a single color. There are some medications that can be prescribed to take at the first signs that can lessen the severity of the migraine.

Yes: Yes it can but a lot of migraine is misdiagnosed as it could be your teeth causing it.
