Maybe these: The basic standard involves MRI imaging, and may be useful to check both brain and spinal cord. Lumbar puncture may be helpful. Do consider alternative causes, such as lupus, arteritis/vasculitis, CADASIL, Lyme disease, B-12 deficiency, anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome, HIV, etc.
