Repeat test: Pregnancy tests are most accurate one week after a missed period and done on a first morning urine. if you have had one negative test I suggest you try another one in about a week. if it is negative then you are probably not pregnant. If you are having unprotected sex please start on a prenatal vitamin with folate (folic acid).
