I'm concerned about appendicitis, i have a dull pain in my right side but it goes away and seems to move around. it started this morning?

Appendicitis: If you have pain when you jump up and down that does to your belly go to the er; if you have fever or chills go to the er; if you start throwing up or the pain goes to the right lower side and stays go to the er.
