Appendicitis: If you have pain when you jump up and down that does to your belly go to the er; if you have fever or chills go to the er; if you start throwing up or the pain goes to the right lower side and stays go to the er.

It is possible: There are a lot of other possibilities (particularly gynecological) but appendicitis is possible and the most urgent to be ruled out in er setting. Appendicitis usually starts as a discomfort/pain that is more vague and periumbilical (around the belly button) and then moves more focused to the right lower quadrant called mcburney's point. Usually you would not have a desire to eat.
