I had pain on my right ab for two days now it is starting to move to my left side. the pain is dull and is worse when i walk. is this appendicitis?

Not necessary: It might be due to other problems in the abdomen, and it is common to have genital tract related pain at this age. I would like to suggest for the pain to be checked out in ER for full assessment and management as needed.

Unlikely/Get Checked: The pain in lower abdomen due to Appendicitis usually start from the middle abdomen around umbilicus and then gets settled in right lower quadrant.In your case the pain started in right side and now moved to left side.That is why it is unlikely due to appendicitis.What are your other symptoms like nausea,vomiting,loss of appetite,diarrhea or constipation etc.I suggest you get it checked by your MD
