How long is it supposed to it take for appendicitis pain to move to the bottom right side of your stomach?

Maybe: A few hours. Can be 4-12 hours, but not all patients with appendicitis get the same feelings. While mid abdominal pain that moves to the right lower abdomen is a "classic" sign, not all people get that symptom. See a doctor if you are concerned.
